Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by experience and will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Generally:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the experience date: full refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before: no refund

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

Experiences may be rescheduled or cancelled due to severe weather, community circumstances, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

User Responsibilities

When booking and participating in our experiences, you agree to:

• Respect community members, guides, and fellow participants
• Follow safety guidelines provided
• Disclose any health conditions that may affect your participation
• Arrive on time for scheduled experiences

Limitation of Liability
