What to Expect

We respond to all booking requests within two business days. Our responses include:

Custom Arrangements

If you're interested in a custom experience—combining elements from multiple offerings, arranging private access to specific locations, or designing something entirely new based on particular interests—mention that in your booking form message.

Custom arrangements require more planning time and may involve additional costs depending on the coordination required. We'll discuss feasibility and pricing after reviewing your request.

Group Bookings

Our standard experiences accommodate groups of 1-8 participants. For groups of 9-12, we can often arrange expanded capacity with advance notice. Larger groups require custom planning and may need to be split across multiple dates.

Seasonal Considerations

Some experiences are seasonal by nature. If you're booking for winter months (December through March), note that several outdoor-focused experiences have modified formats or limited availability. We'll clarify seasonal variations when confirming your booking.

Working With Communities

Because our experiences depend on coordination with small-town residents and businesses, scheduling sometimes requires flexibility. We maintain relationships with multiple communities to offer backup options if your first-choice location becomes unavailable.
